PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Alan H. Gaffin died on Sept. 16. He was the husband of Ann Gaffin.
Born in Worcester, Mass., he moved to Providence in 1969.
He was the owner of Albar Restaurant Equipment for 27 years. He retired in 1998. He was a member of B’nai Brith, Redwood Masonic Lodge and Temple Emanu-El.
He was the father of Robyn Gaffin and her partner John Burke, Michael Gaffin and his wife Sue Robbio and Jeffrey Gaffin and his wife Valerie. Grandfather of Sadie and Joshua and Alexandra Gaffin and Allison Robbio.
