On June 9, more than 125 women came together for the Sandra Bornstein Holocaust Education Center’s annual fundraising card party. The event, held at the Ledgemont Country Club, in Seekonk, was hosted by longtime SBHEC volunteer Sandra Bornstein.

The fundraiser featured lunch, an afternoon of playing canasta and mahjong, and plenty of time to socialize. There was also a raffle, with prizes that included an Apple Watch Series 4 and Red Sox tickets.

In addition, SBHEC president Ed Newman stopped by to express his gratitude for the support the women provide for Holocaust and genocide education in Rhode Island.
