Hilda Hanzel celebrated her 100th birthday on March 2 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, where she now resides. Mrs. Hanzel, wife of the late Leo Hanzel, lived most of her life in Providence and Warwick. She was the guest of honor at a festive brunch to mark the special occasion. There to celebrate this milestone were Mrs. Hanzel’s three daughters, Rhoda Kelly, Roberta Hanzel and Lynda Herman, son-in-law Jeff Herman, four grandchildren, Jillian Marks, Emily Dreyfuss, Jacob Herman and Scott Herman, great-granddaughter, Sophia Stogner, and many of her nieces and nephews.
